• Cyber Security and DFARS/CMMC compliance.
• Virtualization (Vmware), Systems (Windows Server & Linux), Networking (Cisco).
• Office 365 Experience: migration, support, and administration.
Primary Responsibilities
Provide recommendations for long-term Information Technology (IT) requirements and short-term tactical plan. Assess new computing technologies and the feasibility of system enhancements to determine potential value. Maintain the integrity and continual operation of all company networks and other office equipment. Administrate and maintain company's LAN. Contribute to the transfer of company’s servers to a local infrastrucuture (based on HPE Simplivity) and administrate, maintain server(s), operating systems and backup solutions. Order, administrate and maintain standard work stations and software packages following company guidelines. Manage associates onboarding process from an IT perspective (create user, administrate grants). Administrate and maintain internal/external email accounts in Office 365. Create, implement and review for compliance all companywide computer system policies and procedures including IT Security Protocols.Develop, review and certify all back-up data files and disaster recovery procedures and plans. Plan, implement and manage projects of hardware and software acquisitions, inventorying, dispositions, installations and maintenance upgrades. Develop long-range companywide hardware/software plan. Participate in cross-departmental committees to explore future IT needs. Consult, trouble-shoot, de-bug and resolve computer user related issues. Ensure the company stays current and competitive with respect to IT infrastructure and services. Develop and prepare IT annual budget within plan. Monitor expenses. Audit and control costs within budget. Continually analyze department performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
